Pray For Snow Party - Best Fund-Raiser Ever!

The Flathead Snowmobile Association and the Friends of the FSA would like to say THANK YOU to all the local businesses that so generously donated to our recent Pray for Snow annual fund-raiser. This year’s event was a huge success and it was only possible with the help of our local businesses--Thank you!

We’d also like to thank everyone that attended--without you our members, we wouldn’t have the club or the resources we have to maintain our trails and access to our winter playgrounds. Your continued membership and support makes this all possible--thank you! As a quick reminder, we’d like to ask one more favor--please attend our member meetings each month. The schedule is at the top of this page! We need you at these meetings! And bring your kids--let them see and experience what a fun time being part of a community club can be!

Check out our Sponsors page to see all the companies that have donated!

Porcupine Trail Brushing

We want to thank all the folks that came out to help brush the Porcupine Trail  November 5-6.  It was a monumental task and while we wish we could have done even more, we believe we'll be able to get the groomer all the way up to the end this year.

A very special thank you goes out to our newest sponsor
Bobcat of Kalispell
who loaned us one skid steer and two brushing attachments. Jeff Berneau also supplied us a heavy duty trailer, second skid steer and Tractor with brush hog. Wade Covill, Brad Abel and Duane Beauer both supplied their tractors/brush hogs.  Thank you all for your generous help!

And thank you to our members who showed up to help:
Aaron Burlinger, Amanda Moss, Scott McCray, Andy Fischer, Brock Bolin, Leah Mitchell, Randy Martindale, Duane Beauer, Dave Covil, Rick David and Mark Smolen.  We couldn't have done this without you.

Power Upgrade at Canyon Creek!

With the new groomer needing power to stay warm and charged between uses, we embarked on getting a power line pulled from the highway up to the groomer barn!

A special thank you goes out to Rick and Tammy David for working with FWP and USFS to get the  permits required for this undertaking!

And a big THANK YOU to Brock Bolin, Jack David, Rick David and Mark Smolen for taking a day to lay over 1300 feet of conduit from the barn down to the highway!  This was no small task, thank you guys!

And last, but not least, thank you to Eric Woodring for his excavating expertise and guidance!
