Flathead Snowmobile Association (FSA)

FSA is a nonprofit volunteer-based organization. We strive to be fair and transparent with all financial transactions.

1. Memberships

• All membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

• If you accidentally signed up for the wrong membership level, please contact us within 7 days.

2. Event Registrations

• Refunds may be available up to 72 hours before the event, minus any processing fees.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of an event unless canceled by FSA.

3. Merchandise

• Refunds or exchanges are available for unworn, unused items returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Donations

• Donations made through the website are non-refundable unless submitted in error. Contact us within 48 hours of the donation.
